Neelu Kaur is an author, public speaker, and organizational psychologist who partners with Fortune 500 companies to inspire transformative leadership. With a background in business, social psychology, and NLP, plus over 15 years as a yoga teacher and Ayurveda practitioner, she brings a powerful mind body approach to self advocacy and leadership. She holds a BS from NYU Stern, an MA from Columbia University, and is the author of Be Your Own Cheerleader.
