About

The Undergraduate Stern Women in Business organization was created upon the premise of providing resources that enable female students to grow professionally, personally, and academically. Our mission is to empower women to achieve success in the workplace by providing networking and social interaction opportunities with Stern students, faculty, administrators, alumni, and female leaders in business.

The Conference

This year, USWIB is hosting its 8th Annual Conference, which will feature keynote speakers, roundtable discussions, skill development workshops, and networking opportunities for over 200 undergraduate attendees as an opportunity to prepare women to enter the workforce with social awareness, professional skills and confidence through open dialogue and collaborative workshops.

“Make It Happen” is our conference theme this year. We hope that leaders across all industries will be able to impart upon students the importance of opening themselves to new opportunities and working hard to achieve their goals, whatever they may be.
